Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Reduced Sodium Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup White Flour – All Purpose
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (Table)
  • 1 large Whole Egg – Raw
  • 1 1/2 cup, chopped Cranberries (Raw)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F
  2. Combine oil and sugar
  3. Add beaten egg, baking powder, flour, salt, and water. Mix well
  4. Fold in cranberries
  5. Grease muffin pan or use cupcake liners
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean
