Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Reduced Sodium Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 cup White Flour – All Purpose
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt (Table)
- 1 large Whole Egg – Raw
- 1 1/2 cup, chopped Cranberries (Raw)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400*F
- Combine oil and sugar
- Add beaten egg, baking powder, flour, salt, and water. Mix well
- Fold in cranberries
- Grease muffin pan or use cupcake liners
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean
